FAQs
Do I need dance experience?
It does not matter. The Fawe movement classes are about moving our body to get out of our minds, finding our own pathways with transitions and tuning into the way it makes you feel.
Do I need experience in yoga and other movement classes?
Nope. All abilities are welcome. Eloise is there to guide you through all of the sequences. Everything is an invitation and a self discovery practice.
I suffer with health problems, can I join?
Yes, if your health practitioner, physician, or GP has signed you off as ready to take part in any physical fitness regimen, routine or programme.
All movements in a Fawe class have low impact variations and this is your practice, so you do as much or as little as you like. Sit down whenever needed.
Do you offer prenatal or postnatal classes?
I am trained and qualified to adapt exercise for antenatal and postnatal clients. I would advise checking with your GP or midwife and let me know in advance if you are attending a class. I do offer specific classes for new mums on a request basis.
Do you offer online classes?
By popular demand online offerings are available and we have some excited news to share with you very soon.
