This is not your typical wellness retreat. Our Fawe retreats, inspired by the four elements - Fire, Air, Water, and Earth - are dedicated to empowering, connecting, and uplifting every individual who joins us. You’ll not only experience a natural high through the power of mindful movement, play and emotional expression, but you’ll also have the space to release stress, restore balance, and return home with newfound energy.
We will be hosting these transformative experiences in the breathtaking landscapes of Cornwall, UK, and other wild destinations soon to come.
Retreat collaborations
Hosting the Signature Fawe movement workshop, alongside other wellness and fitness based practices such as; qigong, pilates, barre, sup pilates, paddle-boarding, trauma informed practices, qigong breath work and functional and primal movement.
